In 2014, Sonrisas sin Fronteras embarked on its first philanthropic endeavor by organizing a donation drive in Barrio Alacran, located in the city of Matiguas, Nicaragua. This heartwarming initiative brought joy and essential supplies to over 200 children in need. Witnessing the positive impact on their lives sparked our determination to continue spreading smiles and making a difference in the world. Since then, our commitment to helping underprivileged children has grown, and we strive to reach even more young hearts, one smile at a time.

For the second consecutive year, Sonrisas sin Fronteras delivered donations to the rural community of El Escambray, Nicaragua, positively impacting over 300 children. Additionally, we took a step further by providing free medical consultations to 150 children for the very first time. Witnessing the transformation in the lives of these young ones through our efforts deepened our resolve to continue making a lasting difference in the lives of underprivileged children. In 2016, for the third consecutive year, Sonrisas sin Fronteras extended its giving hand to the rural community of Santa Cruz, Nicaragua. Over 400 children were touched by our donations, bringing them much-needed support and joy. Moreover, we continued our mission of providing free medical consultations, this time benefiting 350 children in need. The impact of our efforts in Santa Cruz reinforced our dedication to uplifting the lives of underprivileged children and fostering hope in their hearts. Over 800 children were recipients of our heartfelt donations, providing them with essential support and happiness. In addition to our unwavering commitment to free medical consultations for 600 children, we took a step further by introducing dental check-ups for the same number of kids, ensuring their overall well-being.
